Entrepreneur Performance Network™

Business Coaching in Ontario: Is EPN the Right Fit?

If you are an established Ontario entrepreneur, business owner or high-autonomy sales professional considering business coaching, the first question is what kind of support you need. EPN is a group-based performance membership—not a private one-to-one business coaching service.

EPN brings a structured foundation, ongoing group coaching and a peer network into one membership. It is for people who want to work on how they show up, follow through and participate alongside other entrepreneurs, rather than hand their business decisions to a coach.

Discuss what you are looking for and whether EPN’s group-based model is the right fit.

    The distinction

    Group membership or private coaching?

If you want dedicated private sessions focused on your company’s specific operational decisions, look for a provider whose agreement explicitly includes that support. EPN membership does not promise private one-to-one coaching, bespoke business consulting or a confidential CEO advisory board.

EPN’s model is shared participation: a weekly cohort foundation, open group coaching, all-member conversations and relationships within the network. The fit depends on whether you want that environment and are willing to take part—not simply whether you are looking for a business coach in Ontario.

    Your first six months

    A 24-week foundation, not an occasional check-in

Every EPN member begins with The Path to Transformation™ (PTT), a 24-week foundation with weekly live cohort sessions, lessons and workbooks. This is the first six months of annual membership: a shared process, not 24 private coaching appointments.

After completing PTT, members may attend sessions in other PTT cohorts during the remaining six months of annual membership. That attendance is optional; membership does not guarantee additional cohorts or private sessions.

    Throughout membership

Coaching, conversations and a working peer network

All members have access to Thursday-morning open laser-coaching Zoom sessions with Rich Fournier, where members can bring questions, and a monthly all-member Zoom covering topics such as the economy, AI and marketing. These are group sessions, distinct from the weekly PTT cohort sessions.

Membership also includes four quarterly in-person training events each year. These are membership events, not part of PTT’s weekly 24-week sessions. Event locations, dates, fees and travel arrangements are not specified here; do not assume a local Ontario venue or included travel.

Peer Accountability Pods and the Private Referral & Deal Network are active membership benefits. They provide settings for participation and relationships—not guarantees of referrals, deals, revenue or other outcomes.

What to look for in entrepreneur accountability groups

    Consider the fit

For established owners who want to participate

Consider EPN if you already operate a business or work with substantial autonomy, want a structured performance foundation and value regular group participation and peer accountability. Ontario is the audience for this page; EPN is a Canadian network with Ontario roots, serving entrepreneurs across Canada—not a claim of a local coaching office.

EPN is not the right match if your main requirement is guaranteed private coaching, a consultant to make operational decisions for you, a confidential board-style forum or guaranteed introductions and deals. An intro conversation is a chance to clarify those expectations before deciding whether membership fits.
