If you run an established business in Toronto or the GTA and you are looking for a business coach, it helps to decide first what kind of support you want. Entrepreneur Performance Network™ (EPN) is a Toronto-based, group-based performance membership for entrepreneurs, business owners and high-autonomy sales professionals.
EPN combines a structured 24-week foundation, ongoing group coaching with founder Rich Fournier and a peer network of owners who hold themselves to a high standard. The work focuses on the person leading the business: your standards, your habits and your follow-through.

How it works
Live online sessions, rooted in Toronto
EPN is based in Toronto. Weekly cohort sessions, Thursday-morning open laser coaching and the monthly all-member call are held live on Zoom, so you can take part from your office or home anywhere in the GTA without adding a commute to your week.
Membership also includes four in-person training events each year. Ask about upcoming dates and locations during your intro conversation.
Your first six months
The Path to Transformation™ foundation
Membership begins on day one. In your first six months, you complete The Path to Transformation™ (PTT), a 24-week program with weekly video lessons, workbooks and weekly live cohort sessions, working alongside the other members of your cohort.
For the remaining six months of your annual membership, you may join sessions in any other PTT cohort.
Throughout the year
Group coaching and a working peer network
Every Thursday morning, members can bring questions to Rich Fournier in an open laser-coaching session on Zoom. A monthly all-member call covers topics such as the economy, AI and marketing.
Peer Accountability Pods are small peer groups that help members keep their commitments. The Private Referral & Deal Network and a private member WhatsApp group give members places to build relationships and share updates between sessions.
